Return policy



Once you have placed an order with CG Mobile, please allow for a period of 72 hours for the order to be processed and shipped Monday to Friday. All orders are shipped from one of our distribution center via United States Postal Service (USPS), standard shipping, or shipping method selected in check out. 


Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include your tracking number. You can view the status of your order using this information.

While your signature if not required for residential homes, please note that it may be required for commercial addresses and apartment complexes. 


    In the case of a backorder, CG Mobile keeps you informed of the status through USPS. For both international and domestic orders, your package will not ship unless all items are available. Once your item(s) are back in stock, you will receive updates and tracking information shortly after.


    CG Mobile partners with the United States Postal Service, the largest delivery network in the country. For questions or concerns about your order with CG Mobile, simply contact one us to  


    CG Mobile warrants its products against defects in manufacturing, material and/or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase of a product by a customer. This one year limited warranty is non-transferable from the original end purchaser and requires a copy of a sales receipt. If the product is protected under warranty, CG Mobile will exchange the Product with a product with equivalent functionality, or (2) refund the original purchase price.

    This warranty does not protect against damage to customer's personal devices. Mobile phone, tablet and computer cases are not meant to protect devices from external damage and should not be considered as sufficient protection for the device. CG Mobile is not liable for any damages to a customer's personal device.


    Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase shipping date, product(s) must be unused and in original product packaging. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.

    How to Return an Item:

    Step 1: Please contact us to to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Step 2: Return your items to our processing center. You may use any traceable shipping method to return your items. You may use USPS, UPS, FedEx or any other carrier you wish. Return shipping charges are paid by the customer. 

    Step 3: Once your return has been received by our returns department, please allow up to 7 days for your cash back refund to be processed.
